NYC-Based NLX Raises $12M in Series A Funding

Cercano spearheaded the funding round, with participation from esteemed investors Thayer Ventures and HL Ventures. Additionally, initial investors IAG Capital Partners, JetBlue Ventures, and Tech Square Ventures’ Engage renewed their support for NLX.

Under the leadership of CEO Andrei Papancea, NLX offers an all-encompassing enterprise AI platform designed to facilitate the creation, management, deployment, and analysis of chat, voice, and multimodal conversational applications. Leveraging cutting-edge generative AI, cloud software, and proprietary voice, chat, and multimodal conversational AI technology, NLX empowers brands to seamlessly manage conversational deployments across their entire enterprise. The platform ensures modularity and provides access to AI models from leading providers such as Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and the Open Source community.

Renowned brands like Red Bull and Copa Airlines have already embraced NLX’s innovative solutions. Moreover, NLX has forged partnerships with teams at Comcast, following their participation in the Comcast NBCUniversal LIFT Labs accelerator program. Notably, NLX’s largest deployment spans across 90 countries and encompasses over 65 languages and locales.

The $12 million Series A funding infusion will fuel NLX’s expansion efforts and drive further developments in its enterprise AI platform, reinforcing its commitment to revolutionizing customer experiences for large and enterprise brands globally.
