1 Mins read

The Africa Fintech Summit – a conference and networking event for the African fintech ecosystem – has started receiving applications for the 6th cohort of its AlphaExpo Micro-Accelerator.

The 6th AlphaExpo Micro-Accelerator cohort is a great opportunity for early-stage fintech startups to get the resources and support they need to grow their businesses.

The AlphaExpo Micro-Accelerator is scheduled to hold in Lusaka, Zambia, in November, 2023, and will accommodate 15 African startups that operate within the fintech sector.

The AlphaExpo initiative is essentially designed to help founders get where they are going faster. Strengthening brand recognition, establishing thought leadership, and generating leads from a business development perspective all play a fundamental role in a startup’s growth story,” Andrew Barden, Africa Fintech Summit content director, said.

The bi-annual summit covers a variety of topics, such as business development, marketing, and fundraising. The mentorship sessions are led by experienced professionals in the fintech industry. And the networking events give startups the opportunity to meet other fintech startups and investors.
