DaaS Platform Swish Club Secures $4.5m In Pre-Series Funding

2 Mins read

Founded in 2023 by Dushyant Sapre, Suraj Kumar, and Jai Anand, Swish Club offers a comprehensive solution for enterprise device management, security, and lifecycle support. The company’s DaaS model streamlines the entire device lifecycle, covering:
– Procurement from top manufacturers
– Configuration and deployment
– Ongoing administration and security
– Device upgrades and safe returns

Through its platform, businesses and employees can choose from a range of laptops and smartphones from brands like Apple, Samsung, HP, Dell, and Lenovo. Swish Club partners with over 125 enterprises to offer flexible and cost-effective device management solutions.

Swish Club has onboarded major corporations and startups across multiple industries. Some of its enterprise clients include:
– Max Life Insurance, Bennett and Coleman, HDFC Life Insurance, PepsiCo, Informatica, Philips, GMR, RPG Group, Landmark Group, and Zensar
– Emerging startups such as Whatfix, Zetwerk, Meesho, Plum, Allen, Porter, Bold Care, FamPay, Zolvit, Qila Games, and Addverb.

Managing enterprise devices involves multiple complexities, from procurement and financing to asset tracking and disposal. Swish Club aims to eliminate inefficiencies by offering India’s first digital DaaS platform.

Swish Club, a Devices-as-a-Service (DaaS) platform, has successfully raised $4.5 million in a pre-Series A funding round. This includes $3.3 million in equity and $1.2 million in debt financing. The funding round was led by Powerhouse Ventures, with additional investments from Blume Ventures, Founders Fund, Touchstone Ventures, Eternal Capital, and Atrium Ventures. Several angel investors, including Livspace’s Anuj Srivastava, Ajit Reddy, Deb Dutt, and Tushar Patel, also participated.

Prior to this round, the Bengaluru-based startup had secured $1.26 million from existing investors and other backers.

“The process of managing corporate devices is fragmented, involving multiple vendors and high costs. Our digital-first approach simplifies this, allowing businesses to remove depreciating assets from their balance sheets and reduce IT expenses from 10% to just 3% of total capital expenditure,”

said Dushyant Sapre, CEO &; Co-founder of Swish Club.

Innovative Offerings
Laptop Rentals &; Smartphone Leasing
Under its DaaS model, Swish Club has introduced India’s first digital platform for:
– Laptop rentals for enterprises
– Smartphone leasing for corporate employees

These services come with four pre-bundled software solutions at no extra cost:
1. Asset Management Portal (AMP) – Streamlines device tracking
2. Mobile Device Management (MDM) – Enhances security and remote management
3. Antivirus protection – Safeguards against cyber threats
4. Device cleaner – Optimizes performance

In India, Swish Club competes primarily with unorganized local players offering device rentals. On a global scale, it faces competition from established players like Grover and Everphone.

By offering a fully digital, end-to-end DaaS platform, Swish Club is positioning itself as a leader in enterprise device management in India. With this latest round of funding, the company plans to expand its services, enhance platform capabilities, and onboard more enterprises looking to optimize their IT infrastructure.
