Prosperr.io, a fintech SaaS platform specializing in automating income tax processes was founded in March 2022 by Manas Gond. Prosperr.io offers a subscription-based service tailored for salaried individuals, ensuring comprehensive income tax management that maximizes eligible tax savings and compliance. The platform features two main products: the Super Saver Product (B2C), designed to assist individuals in efficient tax planning and savings, and the Prosperr-FBP (Flexi Benefits Plans) (B2B), which empowers employers to offer non-taxable allowances.
Gokul Rajaram’s investment in Prosperr.io follows his involvement in various successful startups, including customer loyalty and marketing startup Reelo, health-tech innovator Dozee, Vance, CashFlo, and Rocketlane, underscoring his strategic support for pioneering ventures across diverse sectors.
Just recently, the company announced that it has successfully raised $1.55 million in its pre-seed funding round. The seed round was led by Gokul Rajaram, a renowned board member at Pinterest and Coinbase, and saw participation from notable angel investors such as Vinodh Bhat (President & Co-founder of JioSaavn), Ramakant Sharma (founder of Livspace), Kunal Shah (QED Ventures), and Saurabh Jain (CEO of Livspace), among others.
The company made it known that the capital raised will primarily be used to fuel the development of Prosperr.io’s AI-first tax advisor, aimed at enhancing tax management efficiency.
