Just like I wrote in my previous article on WhatsApp extending the video status update from 30 seconds to one minute, WhatsApp seems set to do the same for the voice status update as well.
I remember when the Voice status update was first introduced to WhatsApp, I enjoyed it so much that I found myself recording lengthy voice statuses in 30secs durations. I did complain that the duration was too short and time-consuming, sapping inspiration and creativity and I wished it could be extended. Alas!
