LA-Based Musictech Startup EngineEars Raises $7.5M In Seed Funding

Los Angeles-based music tech startup EngineEars has successfully secured $7.5 million in Seed funding, with Drive Capital leading the investment round. Notable contributors include Slauson &Co., 645 Ventures, and FLUS Investment Group, the venture arm of SALxCO, Kendrick Lamar, EMPIRE’s Ghazi, AlexDaKid, Roddy Ricch, Mustard, YG, DJ Khaled, Russ, Tunde Balogun, and Sean Famoso, co-founders of the Atlanta-based record label, LVRN.

Co-founded by Audio Engineer Derek “MixedByAli” Ali and CTO Luke Sorenson, EngineEars is set to utilize the raised funds to expand its operations and enhance development efforts.

EngineEars stands out by providing innovative software solutions that streamline music collaboration and business management processes. The platform facilitates seamless interaction among Recording Artists, Audio Engineers, Record Labels, and now Recording Studios, offering a comprehensive environment for artists to navigate their song’s journey from inception to completion on a single platform.
