On iPhone 16e and iPhone 15 Pro models, you can customize the Action button to launch Visual Intelligence.To do that, Go to Settings; Action Button and select Visual Intelligence.

Method 3: Using Lock Screen: Add the Visual Intelligence shortcut to your Lock Screen by customizing the controls at the bottom. This allows you to access Visual Intelligence quickly.

Method 4: Using Control Center: Swipe down to open Control Center and tap the Visual Intelligence tile.
